Executive Heli Overnight Seminar

This package is intended for up to 18 people, but can be designed around your needs.

Your team will be greeted at the exclusive Advanced Flight heliport in Onehunga - a short distance from Auckland airport. Your pilot will be waiting to transfer you on a Airbus H130 flying over Auckland City, Rangitoto Island & Waiheke Island to land at the secluded private beach of the The McCallum Residence®, one of Auckland’s most private locations. If you wish to arrive by road, we can arrange your transport.

We offer a 1-night, 2-day seminar/strategy session or a 2-night, 3-day seminar/strategy session.

There are multiple areas to hold an executive seminar or strategy session on the property, including a separate boathouse equipped for your sessions to be undertaken in total privacy. This package offers the exclusive use of the Historic Scottish Manor, amenities and surrounding grounds. The manor offers 9 luxurious suites (one on the ground floor has mobility facilities). In addition, you will enjoy everything the residence has to offer, including the Butlers, Maids and Private Chef, who will work around your schedule.

Inclusions in this package:

• Meet & greet at the Advanced Flight heliport (if applicable).

• Scenic one -way Helicopter flight on a H130 airbus. Private road transport can be substituted for the Helicopter flight (optional).

• On arrival you will be greeted by the Butler and staff who will tend to your every need.

• Barista coffee & tea available at all times.

• Morning, afternoon tea and lunch served per day, around your schedule, prepared by our Private Chef.

• Canapes are served in the parlour each evening, followed by dinner served in the formal dining room, alfresco on the deck or beanbags on the beach.

• Our boathouse BBQ area, spa pool, lawn games, kayaks & water toys for any scheduled down time.

• A wee dram in the whiskey room to wind down.

• Breakfast served between 7:00am-9:00am prepared by the Private Chef. Lunch will be dependent on your departure time the following afternoon.

• A private road transfer leaving The McCallum Residence to Advanced Flight Heliport or another location within Auckland.

Optional Extras:

• Return helicopter flight to the Heliport.

• Offsite activities of interest, which we can organise on your behalf:

Conditions:

This offer is available from 1st May till 31st October 2024.

The helicopter transfer includes one small overnight bag per person.

If weather dictates the one way helicopter transfer may be reversed from arrival to departure or you can arrange a mutually agreed raincheck day agreed by all parties.
