Exclusive Venue Use - Elopement Helicopter

This elopement package is intended for either a 6, 12 or 18 persons experience, although our Butlers can help design your experience around your requirements.

An Example of your Itinerary:

Your elopement starts with your arrival at a pre-determined time at the exclusive Advanced Flight heliport in Onehunga, which is a short uber ride from Auckland airport. You will be greeted with a glass of champagne before the sequence of your secret elopement starts to unfold. Your pilot will whisk you away on either 1, 2 or 3 Airbus H130s (depending on your group size). You will fly over Auckland City, Rangitoto Island & Waiheke Island to land at the secluded private beach of the The McCallum Residence®. The McCallum Residence® is Auckland’s most romantic secret location. On arrival, our Head Butler will personally welcome you and your group with your preferred cocktail and a gourmet platter prepared by our Private Chef.

You will have exclusive use of the 9 suites the manor has to offer for a one-night stay. While the Maid draws scented baths for the bride and her entourage to prepare for the day ahead, there is plenty to entertain those who take a little less time to get ready with exclusive use of all amenities the residence has to offer. Whether its use of the spa, exploring the local grounds, quiet time in the whiskey room or fishing off the beach.

You can make your own personal arrangements to have on-site vendors, such as hairdressers, a celebrant, photographer, florists and makeup artists. Vendors may have access to the venue from 9:00am. We can assist with recommendations.

The ceremony can take place at your convenience in the afternoon followed by canapes and dinner. The boat house is the ideal after-dinner entertainment area situated on the Manor’s front lawn which overlooks the beach for your small group’s celebration.

The following morning breakfast will be prepared and served by the Private Chef between 8:00am & 10:00am. Your luxury road transport will arrive to pick up your group for the return journey to the Heliport between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM.

Inclusions in this package:

• Exclusive one day/night use of the McCallum Residence (including the 9 suites, boat-house and grounds).

• Meet & greet with a glass of champagne at the Advanced Flight heliport.

• Scenic one-way Helicopter flight on a H130 airbus.

• Welcome cocktail (of your choice) & gourmet platter on arrival at the McCallum Residence.

• Butler, Maid and Chef services.

• Canapes & a two-course dinner menu designed by our Private Chef. Dinner can be served in the formal dining room, alfresco on the deck or beanbags on the beach.

• A wee dram in the whiskey room before heading to your chosen luxury suite.

• Gentry style breakfast served in the parlour.

• A private road transfer leaving The McCallum Residence® to Advanced Flight Heliport around 10:30-11:00am.

• Ceremony seating, arch and signing table.

• Use of the McCallum Residence’s amenities, including the spa area, outdoor games, our Oyster Shack bar and outdoor furniture.

Optional Extras (POA):

• Return helicopter flight to the Heliport.

• Off-site activities located close to the Residence, such as clay pigeon shooting,

• Wedding cake or cheese stack cake.

• Use of Tio Point accommodation with the option of adding 12 extra guests to your elopement package (including private transfers to and from the McCallum Residence).

This offer is available from 1st May 2024 till 1st May 2025.

Festive season rates apply for public holidays*

The helicopter transfer includes one small overnight bag per person.

If weather dictates, the one-way helicopter transfer may be reversed from arrival to departure or you can arrange a mutually agreed raincheck day agreed by all parties.

All prices are quoted in NZD.

Price is inclusive of New Zealand’s Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
